Mission to Learn Site Restoration

Tool beltOwing to a massive server failure at Mission to Learn hosting provider Bluehost, all of the files for Mission to Learn have been lost. I am in the process of restoring them, but it’s going to take some time.I’m also going to take this set-back as an opportunity to make some other changes here. Stay tuned.

Bluehost, by the way, is now the former hosting provider for Mission to Learn.

  1. Thanks so much for the kind words, Laurel. Things are getting pretty much back to normal, and the crash forced me to do some needed clean up and think more seriously about the direction of the blog. My hope is that the best is yet to come! – Jeff

  2. Jeff,
I have loved this place and am saddened by the prospect that such an oasis on the Internet has been suddenly disappeared. But given the breadth and depth of your thinking and capabilities, I see you are already thinking of new possibilities and I’m very interested in what this ostensible disaster may produce. To recovery and beyond!

  3. Thanks, Ellen – I am doing my best to find the silver lining and – of course! – learn from the experience. Naturally, you can expect a post on it at some point. 😉

  4. Jeff — This is awful!!! And don’t these disasters happen at the worst possible time?!? (Not that there’s ever any GOOD time for a disaster….) Here’s wishing you the best for a speedy blog/Web recovery!
