		<description>Jeff, I definitely see that I have a tendency to gravitate toward those pieces that reinforce my own viewpoint and I have to force myself to go outside of my comfort zone to read more widely. I like your idea that the role of a digital curator might also be to find the things that challenge existing thinking/norms, particularly if they are gathering information for an organization. What good is it if we use this capacity to reinforce groupthink as opposed to actively challenging our own assumptions and beliefs. If we end up sticking with what we believe, we&#039;ve done so after examining other aspects. If we don&#039;t, then that&#039;s obviously something learned, too.
